At Mindful Souls Europe, we want you to feel as good as you look. If your new fashion piece doesn't perfectly align with your spirit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our soulful support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original eco-friendly packaging to ensure they remain protected.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest local post office or designated courier collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
